Yes. There is no trial period or credit card requirement. It is available to eligible users in supported countries.

Do I need to own a domain?

Yes. You need a domain you own and access to its DNS settings. You keep ownership of the domain; black.com handles email for it.

How do I connect my domain?

Simply add some DNS records at your domain registrar. We'll show you these records after you've created an account.

Does a custom domain get the same encryption?

Yes. Email on your own domain uses exactly the same encryption as an @black.com address.

What are additional users?

Additional users are people you invite to use email on your domain, such as family members or employees. Each user has their own account, email addresses, and inbox.

What if I need more than 10 additional users?

For a larger team, contact sales@black.com about a custom setup and pricing.

The Free plan isn't available in my country. Will it be available in the future?
