Our Values

Merit over CV.
Your background and LinkedIn profile matter less to us than raw talent, curiosity, and character.
Minimalists at Heart.
We keep things simple, clear, and easy to use. Even if that means removing a feature.
No Bureaucracy.
No corporate politics, no meeting culture. More time for the work that actually matters.
